This painting focuses on the Mount Thoe and Moutn Dennison area, where a Black Kite ancestral hero is found to live there. The Black Kite flies quite high in the sky and typically perches in the tree tops. This story relates to an accident, whereby the Black Kite had injured himself. The ancestral hero is depicted the vertical lines, while people are depicted as U shapes. The concentric circles represents an important meeting place, while the singular circles represent campfires.
